( sign-in at 6:45 p.m. ) the Annual Members Meeting will be held at the Club House at 1 Westminster Dr., Boynton Beach, FL. 33426 for the purpose of electing two (2) Directors to the Boynton Lakes III HOA Board of Directors for a 3- year term, currently held by George Gervasi & a Vacant Seat. If you wish to be a candidate in this election you must give written notice directed to the Secretary, President or Vice President and addressed to the Association’s mailing address on or before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Nominations will not be taken from the floor.
