CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH - Hazardous Waste Reminder to residents of HOA-3, Please do not put any hazardous material in with your regular trash. All hazardous materials / TOXIC WASTE to be disposed, must be taken to the facility located at I-95 and Lantana Road. There is also a section there for any old electronics that need to be discarded. Examples of a few hazardous materials are as follows: paint, paint thinners, used motor oil, anti-freeze, transmission fluid, old batters, used tires etc. If you have something to dispose of, and are not sure if it is considered to be hazardous, just goggle Hazardous Material to check. GARAGE / YARD SALES, ETC . Prior Association approval is needed, owner to submit application to Property Management at least fifteen days prior to the Garage / Yard sale. City of Boynton Beach compliance laws ®gulations limits, maximum of two Garage/Yard sales per year. (consecutive days on a weekend is considered as one day.) The maximum consecutive days is three. Signs permitted only on the day of the sales, no signs on non-participating owners lots w/o their approval. ALL SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED DAILY.
