SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS' MEETING BOYNTON LAKES 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.

Dear Association Members:
The Annual Members' Meeting of Boynton Lakes Homeowners Association No. 3, Inc.
will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Registration will begin at 6:45pm.
The meeting will be held at the clubhouse at 1 Westminster Drive, Boynton Beach, FL, 33426.
An Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following
the Annual Members Meeting for the sole purpose of establishing officers of the Association.
The purpose of the Annual Members Meeting is to conduct any business that may
lawfully come before the meeting. There are two positions open for three-year terms.
No candidates submitted their name to run for the Board for the open positions available.
No election is required.
The Agenda for the Annual Members' meeting is as follows:
Call to order and Certification of Quorum
Appointment of Inspectors of Election (if necessary)
Minutes of the last Annual Meeting- Motion to waive and approve.
Financial Report
Election Results (no election required)
Adjourn
A Board of Directors Organizational Meeting will immediately follow the Annual Members Meeting.

Please submit your proxy to Davenport no later than Friday, March 7, 2025.
This will assist the Association in establishing a quorum.
