Re: Bank United (New Bank) - 2025 Coupon Book - Payment Options

Enclosed you will find a Coupon Book for your Association's 2025 regular assessment. You will need to select one of the payment options below as the Association's operating bank account has changed to Bank United.

For associations that have monthly assessments, if you do not make a payment for your December 2024 regular assessment by December 20, 2024, you will need to include it in your payment for January 2025 as the lockbox will be SHUT DOWN.

1. If you prefer to pay through your own banks Bill Pay service or mail a payment with a coupon, please mail your payment to the address below. Your payment must be made payable to the Association and not Davenport. Please write your account number from the coupon book on the check.

2. If you prefer to make a payment online, please log on to the Vantaca Portal via home.davenportpro.net and select one of the payment options below.

ACH payments - No charge - The draft date is the 5th of each month or quarter, whichever is applicable to your association.

eCheck & Credit Card payments - Fees apply - One-time or Recurring payments.

o Credit Card Fee - 3.50% per transaction

Bank Transfer Fee - $3.00 per transaction

3. If you would like assistance in setting up ACH payments in the Vantaca Portal, please contact the Davenport office. Contact details below.
