FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING

Dear Association Member:
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (sign-in at 6:45 p.m.) the Annual Members
Meeting will be held at the Club House at 1 Westminster Dr., Boynton Beach, FL. 33426 for the
purpose of electing two (2) Directors to the Boynton Lakes III HOA Board of Directors for a 3-
year term, currently held by George Gervasi & a Vacant Seat.
If you wish to be a candidate in this election you must give written notice directed to the
Secretary, President or Vice President and addressed to the Association’s mailing address on or
before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Nominations will not be taken from the floor.

You may submit an information sheet no larger than 8 1⁄2 inches by 11 inches, containing your
qualifications and/or platform for office. This one-page information sheet should be submitted to
the Association before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. Notice is deemed effective
when received by the Association. Your information sheet will be reproduced as submitted
and made available to homeowners for review. A second notice will be mailed to voting
members at least 30 days in advance of the meeting.
