GARAGE / YARD SALES, ETC.

Prior Association approval is needed, owner to submit application to Property Management at least fifteen days 

prior to the Garage / Yard sale.

City of Boynton Beach compliance laws & regulations limits, maximum of two Garage/Yard sales per year.

(consecutive days on a weekend is considered as one day.) The maximum consecutive days is three.

Signs permitted only on the day of the sales, no signs on non-participating owners lots w/o their approval.

ALL SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED DAILY.
