TheAnnual Members Meetingof Boynton Lakes Homeowners Association No. 3, Inc.
will beheld on Monday March 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Boynton Lakes Clubhouse,
1 Westminster Lane, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.
An Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the Annual Members Meeting at the Boynton Lakes Clubhouse for the sole purpose of establishing officers of the Association.
This notice also will serve as notice for that meeting.
The purpose of the Annual Members Meeting is to transact any business that may lawfully come before the meeting. Two candidates submitted their name to run for the board for the two positions available.No election is required because the candidates will automatically become Members of the Board of Directors during the annual meeting.
The Agenda for the Annual Members meeting is as follows:
Call to order and Certification of Quorum Appointment of Inspectors of Election (if necessary).
Minutes of the last Annual Meeting- Motion to waive and approve.
Financial Report Election Results (no election required) Adjourn.
