Subject:  Speed Humps installation on Mayfair and Walcott.

REVISED DATE TO BEGIN: 06/02/22 ON WALCOTT DR.

  And to complete the work on Mayfair (est. 06 -16).

Our Neighborhood SPEED Limit is 15MPH, posted at the entrance of Walcott.  

The HOA has been informed, and witnessed excess SPEED, and we were informed

of safety issues impacting pedestrians, children, and pet walkers.

We do not have sidewalks; this makes it critical that safety issues are addressed.

We have concluded that "SPEED HUMPS" will help reduce the excess speed and

improve the safety of these problems on certain streets.

There will be warning signs posted as well.

The installation of speed humps at Mayfair La. is in progress.

The Speed Humps will reduce the speed of the general traffic, and residence traffic.

The city of Boynton Beach has public "traffic calming measures", our streets are

PRIVATE, so we are in line with that thinking with speed humps.

The conclusion it is for the greater good, and necessary for safety of the community.
