Attached Villas

Material:

• Homeowner Choice: Vinyl or Wood Shadowbox Style

         o Primed and painted to match the house color.

Style:

• Party(privacy) fence between units or corner unit side fence-

 o Shadowbox Style

Style:

        • Back Fence

 o 4ft Picket or Shadowbox

          ▪ Gate allowed- Yes

Dimensions:

• Back fence cannot exceed from the end of one existing party

   wall to the other.

Front Fence Style

• Wood only (no vinyl) hardy board with gate.

   • 4’ fence or living hedge if desired

• Fawlkland Circle is single-family homes and not subject to

     these regulations; however:

   o Existing fences can be six feet and to the property line.

      o Replacement fences can be vinyl or wood, matching

         the house color.

      o Style is stockade.
