FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
January 12, 2024
Dear Association Member:
On Monday, March 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. (sign-in at 6:45 p.m.) the Annual Members Meeting will be held at the Club House at 1 Westminster Dr., Boynton Beach, FL 33426 for the purpose of electing one (1) Director to the Boynton Lakes III HOA Board of Directors.
There is 1 (one) position up for re-election for a 3-year term that is currently held by Suzanne Kalwara.
If you wish to be a candidate in this election you must give written notice directed to the Secretary, President or Vice President and addressed to the Association's mailing address on or before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Nominations will not be taken from the floor. You may use the attached form and mail, e-mail, fax, or hand deliver to:

You may submit an information sheet no larger than 8 1⁄2 inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office. This one-page information sheet should be submitted to the Association before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Notice is deemed effective when received by the Association. Your information sheet will be reproduced as submitted and made available to homeowners for review. A second notice will be mailed to voting members at least 30 days in advance of the meeting.
