Please accept this as your official notice for Boynton Lakes Homeowners Association

No. 3, Inc. Board of Directors 2025 Proposed Budget Meeting.

Please be aware that there will be NO meeting on November 11, 2024.

 

This meeting will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024,

at 7:00 pm, at the Clubhouse 1 Westminster Lane, Boynton Beach, FL 33426.


The regular Board meeting will immediately follow.

  • Verification of Quorum



  New Business

  • Discussion and Approval of 2025 Proposed Budget


Old Business

  • Discuss Storm Drain Relining and Road Resealing


Adjournment


The 2025 Proposed Budget copy will be available at this meeting with a increase of $15.00 per month.

The monthly fee per unit will be $157.00 as of January 1, 2025.


We encourage all homeowners to attend the Budget meeting.
