Important Information:

As a reminder the City of Boynton Beach will be issuing $50.00 citations for trash & bulk that is put out too early or exceeds size limits.

Trash days: Mondays- Regular trash and Recycling

Thursdays- Regular trash and bulk items


1. SOME PEOPLE ARE USING FACEBOOK TO REGISTER COMPLAINTS AND THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT PROCEDURE. Anytime someone has a question regarding the HOA, the Board of Directors or Management, or needs to submit a work order all questions should be directed to Davenport Property Management, 561-642-5080 or info@davenportpro.net.


2. ARB Applications- If you plan to do any exterior work on your home, you MUST have the work       approved by the Board of Directors prior to work commencing.

  Contact Davenport Property Management for an ARB application. This is to include but not   limited to painting, driveway modifications, landscaping, and re-roofing. If you are unsure if an ARB is needed, please contact Davenport.


3. If you have hazardous materials that you need to dispose of such as home chemicals, paint,          and other hazardous material, please call the Solid Waste Authority at 561-697-2700.


4. Pets must be walked on a leash anytime the pet is outside of the home and poop must picked

        up after. There are dog stations with bags for easy access in various areas of the community.


           5. Please do not feed the wildlife such as ducks. They are wild and able to feed themselves. They can be aggressive and leave a fecal mess everywhere.


            6. Be courteous of your neighbors while driving in the community and adhere to the speed limit for your safety and those walking.

Re: 2023 Proposed Budget Meeting


Dear Homeowner,


Please accept this as your official notice for Boynton Lakes Homeowners Association No. 3, Inc. Board of Directors 2023 Proposed Budget Meeting. This meeting will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse. The regular Board meeting will immediately follow.

The Board of Directors after careful review and discussion at the October 10th budget

discussion have concluded that with the rise utility services, materials, vendor services, irrigation upgrades, ongoing storm pipe relining and a significant insurance increase of 50% has led to an unavoidable increase of $15.00 going into 2023.

We have copies of the 2023 Proposed Budget with a proposed increase of $15.00 per month.

The monthly fee per unit will be $127.00 as of January 1, 2023.

We encourage all homeowners to attend the proposed budget meeting.

New Announcements


1. Holiday lighting & decorations- Please remember when decorating for the

holidays Halloween, Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas etc. the HOA nor Landscaping are responsible for items damaged, cut wires that may be in the lawn when mowing occurs.

Please make sure landscaping can properly service your lawn.


2. Bulk Items- Bulk items can only be placed curbside on Wednesday for

Thursday pick up. Do not put bulk items out prior to Wednesday. Code enforcement patrols the community, and you could be fined $50.


3. Commercial Vehicles. As a reminder Commercial Vehicles are not permitted

to park in the community per the HOA Documents and the HOA can enforce the removal of the commercial vehicle.


4. Community projects

a. Storm Drains - Additional storm drains will be lined soon. b. Speedhumps - Speed humps have been installed and we have seen a

decrease in speeding complaints. A few additional humps will be installed to ensure the safety of the community and those walking.


5. We would like to send more information via email as a faster and more

efficient way to communicate and share information with the community, Please take a moment and complete the permission slip and mail, fax, or email to Davenport.
