FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING  
BOYNTON LAKES 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. 
January 7, 2021

 Dear Association Member:
 
On Monday, March 8, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. (sign-in at 6:30 p.m.) at the Boynton Lakes Clubhouse, the Annual Meeting will be held for the purpose of electing two (2) Directors to the Boynton Lakes 3 Homeowners Association Board of Directors for a three (3) year term. 

If you wish to be a candidate in this election you must give written notice directed to the Secretary, President or the Vice President and addressed to the Association’s mailing address on or before the end of business day on February 2, 2021. You may use the attached form and mail, e-mail, fax, or hand deliver to:

You may submit an information sheet no larger than 8 ½ inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office. This one-page information sheet must be submitted to the Association before the end of the business day on or before February 2, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. Notice is deemed effective when received by the Association. Your information sheet will be reproduced as submitted and made available to homeowners for review. A second notice will be mailed to voting members at least 30 days (30) days in advance of the meeting.
