  Re: 2021 - Proposed Budget Meeting 


  Dear Homeowners, 

 Please accept this as your official notice for Boynton Lakes   Homeowners Association No. 3, Inc. Board of   Directors 2021   Proposed Budget Meeting. This meeting will be held   on Monday, December 14, 2020 at   7:00 pm at the   Clubhouse building
 The regular Board meeting will immediately follow.

  •   Verification of Quorum New Business 
  •   Discussion and Approval of 2021 Proposed Budget
       Adjournment 

 We have enclosed in the mail a copy of the 2021 Proposed   Budget with a proposed increase of $1.00 per month. 
 The monthly fee per unit will be $102.00 
 as of January 1,   2021. 
 We encourage all homeowners to attend the proposed   budget  meeting.
